At labelartstyle.world, we want you to be satisfied with your handmade cards and printed materials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, handmade cards and printed materials must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items must not show signs of wear or damage.

Return Shipping Costs

If you return handmade cards or printed materials due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than defects or errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning any items. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and address information.

Return Process

To initiate a return for handmade cards or printed materials:

  2. Package the items securely in their original packaging, if available.
  3. Ship the items to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Wait for us to receive and inspect the returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made handmade cards or printed materials that were specifically designed for you
  • Personalized items with custom text or designs
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items marked as final sale

The refund amount will equal the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping costs, as outlined in this policy.
